Built to rigorous standards, filled with a special damping fluid that controls the movement of the ball, providing the smoothest and most consistent roll. Perfect for obtaining an optimum heel. New mounting hole pattern and option for screwless mount using provided high bond VHB tape.  Dual Scale, ±45° Range, 5° Lower Scale, 1° Upper Scale. White with Black Markings.
