Combining excellent flex and service life durability, Dyneema® SK-60 Amsteel can outlast wire rope with none of the handling and safety issues associated with wire.
This rope provides maximum strength-to-weight ratio with extremely low stretch and superior flex fatigue and wear resistance. Use for cascade systems, replacements for wire halyards, tapered sheets, backstays, runners, checkstays and strong ultralight rigging. Also can be used for kite, wakeboard and water-ski lines. Not generally recommended for upwind halyards due to creep. Sold by the foot.
