Comments about Isotherm Cruise Elegance Refrigerator, 4.6 Cubic Feet:
So far ok, but I haven't installed yet, but here are a few things to note. First off the bottom door hinge came broken, so I welded a new bolt in place of the pin that was pressed in (that became separated). I later purchased the smart control unit, just installed that tonight, and I was thinking, for over a grand for a fridge that do-hickey should come with it. The ARB in my landcruiser has that built in from the factory. I'm putting it in a campervan, and haven't built a cabinet for it yet, but one note is that the shelves inside bang around a bit on bumpy roads, and I havent put the glass shelves in because they just sit on top of the plastic tray at the bottom, unsecured. So I need to do a little work on those sorts of things, maybe this is not the best fridge for an overland rig.......
