The West Advantage Volume Discount Program is only available to West Advantage Rewards Members. This program helps new or existing boat owners save on equipment purchases while earning points. New Boat Owner Program—Save 6% on qualified merchandise purchases* of $500 or more in a single transaction. Bring proof of registration to any store to qualify for the discount. Outfitting Program—Save 11% on qualified merchandise purchases* of $2,500 or more in a single transaction.

Magazine Subscription Discounts

A variety of boating-related magazine subscriptions are available at a discounted rate for West Advantage Rewards members. To initiate your subscription, call the number provided and provide the discount code, along with your payment method.

Reward Certificates can be redeemed online, in store or by phone. To redeem online, confirm your signed in and your certs pop up in checkout pre-selected and you can de-select or select whichever ones you would like to redeem. To redeem in store, simply present the email containing your certificate(s) on your mobile device. To redeem by phone, call 1-800-BOATING for assistance.
If you do not already have an online account, you will need to create a new account. Once you have an account, go to the account page and click on “Update Membership Number.” Enter your West Advantage Membership number and it will pair your West Advantage Rewards with your online account. If you do not know your membership number, please call 1-800-BOATING for assistance.
Certificates are generated each month and are emailed to our Members. To receive your certificates as soon as they are available, please have your current email address on file.
Yes, you may access your lost certificates by logging in or creating an account with your West Advantage ID at westmarine.com/login, or you can ask a crew member to pull them up at checkout.
Sign into your online account and click on the “View Reward Certificates” link. Click on each individual certificate to view or print.
When reward certificates are generated at the end of each month, the points are converted into certificates and the points balance goes to zero.
Rewards have no cash value. No change will be given for Reward Certificates. Certificates cannot be applied to prior purchases, non-merchandise purchases, West Marine PRO purchases, or as payments towards credit card, insurance, financing or other non-merchandise services. West Marine reserves the right to change this list of exclusions any time, for any reason, without prior notification.
Rewards is West Marine’s Loyalty program. The difference is your account online is your Customer Account on WestMarine.com used for placing orders, tracking orders, keeping a wish list and an address book, and allowing you to opt in and out of mailings and emails. The West Advantage Rewards Membership is our loyalty program giving you special offers throughout the year, discounts, and reward certificates earned simply by making a purchase.
West Marine/ West Advantage and BoatU.S. are partners through our West Advantage Rewards Loyalty Program. When you are enrolling in West Advantage Gold, you are receiving a Basic BoatUS Membership as a part of your Gold Membership. The BoatU.S. number will be the same as your West Advantage Gold Rewards Member number. If your West Advantage/BoatU.S. Membership expires, you will automatically become a West Advantage Silver Member.
