Comments about Lowrance NMEA 2000 Network Starter Kit:

I used this as it was $20 less than the Garmin equivalent. With a mixed T configuration, I just connected a Lowrance T connector to a Garmin T and twisted the Garmin so that the T's would now both flush mount.

NMEA2000 is a spec, so all vendors use the same wiring pinouts. Use the one that saves you the $$$.

      Service and delivery comments:

WM has problems with the pictures on thier website - this is the second product I have purchased that did not look at all like the picture on the website. From an ecommerce point of view that is a serious issue they really need to address.

Comments about Lowrance NMEA 2000 Network Starter Kit:

I purchased the sonic hub and found out I needed the backbone. Installed easily and works great. Now I can easily install other components like a fuel flow sensor Sirius satellite radio just by adding a tee. Great network

Comments about Lowrance NMEA 2000 Network Starter Kit:

This kit will allow you to connect one NEMA device. One T-connector is used for power and the 2nd to a NEMA device. If you are adding more devices, you will need additional T-connectors. It is a starter kit and most likely you will need to buy additional parts. However, the price of the kit is less than buying these items individually. I gave four stars because there were no instructions. I had to contact Lowrance to figure out what I needed to do.

            Service and delivery comments:

Product was on backorder, but received in a reasonable amount of time.
