      Well build as far as hoses go. Better than your typical automotive hose. Remains flexible enough to use on outdrive repairs (transom to bell-housing). GET THE BETTER CLAMPS that are double layer and don't have holes and your hose repair will last much longer.

      I used this hose in a bilge pump system with low-profile strainers and remote pump. It was excellent for the application because it is sturdy and doesn't kink, yet flexible and easy to route.
