Designed for boats with multiple fixtures, these pumps provide “Just like home” shower pressure, yet can operate at low flow conditions without cycling. A built-in mechanical bypass function enables the pump to vary the flow rate for any demand condition, without the need for an accumulator tank. Motors are heavy-duty, with electro-coated seamless shell, O-ring sealed end bells, and fully sealed wire entries on the motor shell and pressure switch. Inlet strainer and 1/2" hose barb fittings are included. Pumps are ignition protected, thermally protected and can run dry without damage

This is the fresh water pump for the boat. I replaced the older version of this pump, under warranty, it was much quieter. If I had to buy new, I would I shop for quieter pump and I may do that and keep this as a back-up.
I really like the fact that it has rubber feet to soften the noise. We have had this on the boat for over a week now and our showers are stronger!
I have had to replace the pressure switch 3 times. The adjustment instructions never helped solve the cycling problem. After 3.5 yrs, the pump stopped working all together. Now I need a new pump. Will try a Jabsco.
