    Comments about Epoxy Stick:

I used this to fix a under the water crack that was sepping water. It required me to hold it for a couple minutes while it hardened.

This is a great product, but the West Marine instructions can be misleading.

This is one of my absolute favorite materials to work with. You can use it to restore broken bolt holes, fill deck holes, make backing mounds for screws or bolts, fill gelcoat cracks (cover with gelcoat patch after it sets for good appearance). This stuff dries remarkably hard if you knead it and press it to fill all voids: when you buy your stick roll up a little bit into a ball and see how hard it is the next day--like a pebble! This stuff is also a fraction of the price of the very same formulas they use for auto repair.
