Comments about Nylon Rail Mount with Lever:

This was purchased to replace the one I originally installed 12 years ago. Both have very small serrations or "teeth" that can be pretty easily stripped if you are not careful (this is what positions and keeps the antenna upright). I would prefer to see larger, deeper teeth that could not be as easily damaged. All that said the first one lasted about a decade before it got problematic so overall a good product. One advantage is a quick lock/unlock lever that allows the antenna to lay down while transporting or covering.

Comments about Nylon Rail Mount with Lever:

Bought this mount about ten months ago. The mount has been exposed to the sun for about 12 weeks since I put it on the boat. Mounted on boat but didnt have much need to use it until I went to Lake Powell last week. The antenna mount snapped off the first time I went to raise the antenna. The nylon has dried out and become brittle. Had to spend my week at Powell with my antenna velcroed to my bimini.
