Jim Grady

Jim is a strategic finance executive with over 25 years of global financial and retail operating experience. He has a proven track record for revenue growth in successful turnaround situations and is highly regarded for building, developing, and leading high impact teams. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, treasury, investor relations, tax and restructuring in both large and mid-sized public and private companies.

Jim was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Pet Valu Holdings Ltd., the leading Canadian specialty retailer of pet food and pet-related supplies with 750 stores. Prior to that, Jim served as a financial and operating leader at Office Depot and AutoNation, after beginning his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Jim is a life-long boater, water enthusiast, and West Marine customer. He and his family live in Fort Lauderdale.
