The 13mm foam flotation core is bonded to a 3mm layer of black neoprene, creating a dual-layer construction that reduces drag during deep-water starts and tumble turns while cushioning impacts during falls. Whether you're barefooting, waterskiing, or pushing your skills on the water, this extra padding gives you the confidence to go all out. Note: These shorts are engineered to fit snugly under a wetsuit. They are not designed to conform to your body on their own; the wetsuit holds them in place. A gap at the back waist is normal and expected. Not a Coast Guard-approved flotation device.
