BD1 and BD2 Boat Dollies: Choices include Brownell's Heavy Duty BD1 and Medium Duty BD2 Boat Dollies. The BD1 features easy width adjustment to fit a variety of hulls. It is also adjustable for height, using Brownell's legendary Acme threaded pads, which are the same as the pads used on Brownell’s boat stands. To support a boat, a minimum of two dollies are required. The heavy-duty BD1 model, when used as a pair has a maximum capacity of 20,000 pounds. The medium-duty BD2 model, when used as a pair offers a capacity of 8,000 pounds. Both models include non-marking wheels with brakes and casters.
The PD2 Pontoon Dolly: With Brownell’s introduction of the PD2 Pontoon Dolly, moving pontoon boats got a lot easier. Four dollies are required to support a pontoon boat. Dollies feature foam padded tops which maximize protection to pontoons. Capacity is 2,000 pounds. Wheels with castors make moving and positioning a pontoon boat easy.
The BL3 Hydraulic Boat Lift: In the absence of a travel lift or boat hoist, moving a boat off a trailer and placing it on stands for storage or repairs can be a difficult. Brownell designed their BL3 Hydraulic Boat Lift to meet this challenge. Four of these lifts can safely move a 12,000 pound boat. Lifts feature pneumatic tires and a lifting range of 21”–50”.
