These topless collapsible crab traps are designed so that the sides open when tension is released from the pull line once the trap reaches the bottom of the water. Bait is now exposed and the crabs can enter onto the base of the trap. Pull up the line to close sides back up and haul up your catch.
Collapsible crab traps come in two sizes. Each size is available rigged or unrigged. Rigged traps include door lines, 12’ pull line and a 1”H x 5”dia. float. All traps stack neatly, helping conserve space on your boat or in a storage area.
