Pizza Oven

The pizza oven features a 13" cordierite pizza stone that retains and distributes heat evenly for a perfectly cooked crust every time. The stone is secured by pegs on the grill grate, keeping it centered and slightly raised to allow natural convection heat around the pizza. The pre-set pizza temperature setting ensures you cook at the perfect temperature. The thermometer includes a "Pizza" zone that corresponds with the dial setting. Once the thermometer reaches the Pizza zone, simply turn the dial to the pizza setting, and you're ready to cook.

Griddle

The heavy-duty cast iron griddle plate offers up to 230 sq. in. of cooking space, allowing you to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The grease drain hole on the griddle plate is located directly above the grease cup, directing grease toward the cup and significantly reducing grease build-up and potential flare-ups when grilling.

Grill

With up to 260 sq. in. of cooking space and a 15,000 BTU burner, this grill matches the performance of any full-size unit. The cast iron griddle plate provides maximum heat retention and even heating across the surface. With temperatures reaching over 700°F, you'll achieve restaurant-quality sears right at home!

Dual-Hinged Lid

The dual-hinged lid design features a drop-down pizza oven door for easy access with minimal heat loss, making the pizza cooking process more efficient. The lid also functions as a standard grill lid, flipping up and down for greater cooking versatility.

Cooking Surface Storage

Easily switch between griddle or grill modes by swapping out the cooking surface for the desired function. When not in use, all cooking surfaces pack neatly on the storage shelf below, keeping everything together.
