Items Marked “Ships from Vendor”
These items ship directly from our suppliers and typically arrive in 2–3 weeks. They cannot be expedited and cannot ship to PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO or international addresses.
Hazard Shipping
Items considered hazardous (like paint, flares, batteries, epoxies, and some cleaners) must ship via standard ground service. These items are available for delivery within the contiguous United States only, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Truck Freight
Large or heavy items that exceed standard shipping size and weight limits require truck freight delivery. This service is available within the contiguous United States only. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, and a signature is required when receiving your shipment. Additional shipping fees apply.
Important Details
- Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery.
- Arrival dates shown are for domestic orders placed before 4:00 PM ET Monday–Friday.
- Deliveries to U.S. Territories, APO, FPO, international addresses, and items that are out of stock at time of ordering will not meet estimated arrival dates shown above.
- Some items cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already been packed or is prepared for shipment, it is not eligible to be canceled. In this case, please allow the order to be delivered and then submit a return request on our website by selecting Returns.

U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) are considered international shipments and follow international shipping policies.
