Standard Motor Mount for Pole Anchor
A quick mounting bracket for shallow water anchoring systems
These brackets are part of a manual shallow water anchoring system designed to give anglers a silent and non-invasive solution to holding the boat position while fishing. When combined with one of the many anchoring pole options (sold separately), this system allows fisherman to anchor the boat silently without a splash—and without spooking fish. Retrieval is done by simply lifting the pole from the mounting bracket. The Standard motor mount is designed to easily install using the existing mounting bolts used on many outboard engines. These anodized aluminum brackets feature friction reduction bushings and position the sleeve far enough from the transom to allow the anchoring pole to slide in and out of the bracket easily and without excessive play. There are many other mounting brackets that can be transom or deck mounted, but for a quick installation without drilling holes, the solution is the Standard Motor Mount.
