The Origo Stove gimbal is designed to help the freestanding Origo 1500 and 3000 stoves maintain a more level cooking surface. The gimbal allows the stove to swing, compensating for the boats side-to-side rocking motion. More commonly used with the Origo 6000 Oven, it allows the entire stove and oven assembly to rock with the motion of the craft.
