FLIR M364C Thermal and Low Light HD Camera, 30 Hz

Is a high-definition low light camera and one of the most advanced FLIR thermal imaging cores, the M364C and M364C-LR (Long Range) provide an elite level of awareness on the water. The system delivers elite awareness through advanced multispectral imaging and ensures a steady, clear view even in rough seas.

M364C is designed for mid-range performance and offers excellent situational awareness with high-definition low-light and thermal imaging, ideal for close to mid-range operations, differing from the M3564C-LR version which offers an extended-range (also available on westmarine.com). M364C provides the benefits of FLIR Color Thermal Vision™ (CTV) technology, blending thermal and visible light for enhanced visibility of objects and navigational aids in a relatively smaller area. Perfect for operators of commercial fishing vessels, ferries, or other small to mid-size commercial boats that work in more confined or moderate-range environments.

FLIR Color Thermal Vision™

Both M364C and M364C-LR contain a thermal imaging sensor and HD low light camera for high-performance multispectral imaging. The ability to capture thermal and visible-light detail allows Color Thermal Vision (CTV) technology to offer a more complete view of what lies ahead. Exclusive FLIR Color Thermal Vision blends visible camera details with a thermal image, overlaying vital color imagery that allows captains to positively identify navigation aids and other vessels within the thermal scene.

Key Features

Detect a 30-foot Vessel: 1.7 nautical miles (3150 meters)

  • This advanced system can identify a medium-sized boat from as far as 1.7 nautical miles away, giving you ample time to react to other vessels in your vicinity.

Detect a Human-Sized Target: 0.5 nautical miles (925 meters)

  • The system is sensitive enough to detect a person at 0.5 nautical miles, making it ideal for search and rescue operations or monitoring smaller objects in the water.

Detect a NATO Target (2.3m x 2.3m at 50% probability): 0.9 nautical miles (1690 meters)

  • This capability allows the camera to detect a standard NATO-sized target (2.3 meters x 2.3 meters) with a 50% detection probability at up to 0.9 nautical miles, making it reliable for spotting larger objects in the water.

Thermal Detector Type: 640x512 VOx Microbolometer

  • This determines the thermal imaging quality, allowing for excellent clarity in thermal scenes.

FLIR Proprietary Digital Detail Enhancement

  • Enhances thermal image quality, ensuring crucial details are visible, even in poor conditions.

Thermal E-Zoom: 4x Continuous

  • Provides flexible thermal zooming, helping to identify distant objects without losing detail.

Visible Camera Resolution: Up to 1920 x 1080 @ 30fps

  • Offers high-definition video for clear, detailed imagery in low light conditions.

Visible Camera Zoom: 30× Optical Zoom

  • A powerful optical zoom for identifying objects at a distance, making it easier to track and monitor vessels or obstacles.

Gyro Stabilization

  • Ensures stable, clear images even in rough sea conditions, a key feature for maritime use.

Pan-Tilt Adjustment Range: 360° Continuous Pan, ± 90° Tilt

  • Provides full-range movement, allowing for comprehensive monitoring in all directions.

Detect a 30-foot Vessel: 1.7nm (3150m)

  • Demonstrates the camera's long-range detection capabilities, crucial for vessel monitoring and situational awareness.

Water Ingress Protection: IPX6

  • Ensures the camera withstands heavy seas and water jets, making it suitable for harsh marine environments.

Operating Temperature Range: -13°F to +131°F (-25°C to +55°C)

  • Shows the camera's durability in extreme temperatures, important for use in varying climates and conditions.
