Simply place the knife on a table top and give the AccuSharp a half-dozen quick strokes along the blade it's safe and easy, no special skill required. The large ergonomic handle fits either hand safely and includes a full-length finger guard. The sharpening is done by diamond-honed tungsten carbide tough enough to hone even hardened steel.
