Simply, choose upgraded service options at checkout. Please note credit card purchases of gift cards with a value over $500 will only be shipped to a verified credit card billing address. To return an unused gift card, please visit any West Marine store within the U.S or Puerto Rico to verify the balance and receive a refund.
If a Customer’s gift card is lost or stolen, they can visit any U.S. or Puerto Rico Store location with the original receipt to receive a replacement card, once the remaining balance is verified. Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the owner’s permission and the Customer does not have the original receipt to verify the remaining balance will not be replaced or refunded.

Yes, Gift cards may be redeemed per applicable state law.
In the state of California, gift cards may be “cashed out” when the balance of the card is under $10.00.
In the states of Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Montana, and Washington (WA), gift cards may be “cashed out” when the balance of the card is under $5.00.
In the states of Rhode Island and Vermont, gift cards may be “cashed out” when the balance of the card is under $1.00.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law. Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the owner’s permission will not be replaced or refunded. Gift Cards are only valid in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
