The Quick Nautic Boiler BX series produces hot water using an Incoloy® electric heating element and a stainless steel heat exchanger connected to the engine cooling system. Each cylindrical water heater features a 1.5 mm AISI 316 stainless steel tank, welded under argon shielding gas for corrosion resistance, and an AISI 304 stainless steel outer casing.

The AISI 316 stainless steel heat exchanger provides a wide heat-transfer surface, while high-density polyurethane foam insulation between the tank and casing helps retain heat. The electric heating element includes an adjustable safety bi-thermostat. Stainless steel mounting brackets are supplied for wall or floor installation.
