SmartPilot SPX-30 Core Pack

The central nervous system of every SmartPilot, Raymarine corepacks include a course computer and patented fluxgate electronic compass. The SmartPilot X-10 and X-30 feature a built-in rate gyro sensor that enables the software to intelligently monitor the vessel’s pitch and roll to anticipate course changes without developing steering instability or oversteering for course corrections in difficult steering situations such as downwind with a following sea. The rate gyro also allows the software to "AutoLearn" the vessel’s steering characteristics with Raymarine AST (Advanced Steering Technology). The SmartPilot X-10 and X-30 are also well connected, with interface ports for Raymarine SeaTalk, SeaTalk, NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 networks.
