50' Crab Line Kit with Float

A safe easy to spot solution to marking crab pots.

This pre-packaged kit includes the line and buoy to mark crab pots using current techniques.* The Red and White buoy hasn’t changed over the years, but the line has. Conventional polypropylene line floats and can get entangled in propellers easily. Using a leaded line is an ideal solution to keep crab trap lines safely below the surface away from propellers. This complete kit makes setting up a new crab pot or tuning up an existing one easier and will help to prevent losing it due to prop entanglement.

*Each state has its own regulations regarding markers, trap size, type of escape rings, cull ring size and more. Regulations change from time to time so it's important to check with the state law where you plan to set crab traps to make sure you're within legal standing.
