Rear of seat provides flat surface in back to stand or lean against while fishing. Marine grade vinyl has UV and mildew treatment. High compression foam padding. Handy molded in cut outs for hanging your fishing gear like clippers and pliers. Mounts to any BIA standard 4 bolt pedestal system.
