The Uppers: Regardless of whether you're getting pounded by arctic waves, sloshing around in chum, or need protection from a downpour, these boots will handle it. Plus, the chemical-resistant, triple-dipped latex neoprene rubber these boots are made from is not only 100% waterproof, but it'll outlast standard rubber boots in solvents, caustics, hydrocarbons, fats, and acids. Tested to withstand organic and inorganic acids and chemicals, Xtratuf boots are designed to keep you standing strong in whatever you get yourself into. The uppers are ozone-resistant, as well as softer, lighter, and far more pliable than ordinary rubber for enhanced comfort.
The Insoles: Removable, breathable, quick-dry, cushioned insoles with arch supports like these might not seem like a big deal. That is, until you pull them out after a day on the water, wash them, let them dry, and then slip them back inside refreshed for the next trip. Plus, the extra cushioning helps fight fatigue and leg and back stress when you're on your feet all day.
The Outsoles: Slip-resistant, non-marking Chevron outsoles made from a proprietary rubber compound give you sure footing on wet, slick surfaces in the most extreme conditions.
