Self-adjusting Tideminder balls protect boat and lines

Protect your dock and mooring lines against fouling and chafing and eliminate the need to adjust lines during storms and tidal changes. Simply thread dock line up to 1"dia. through the Tideminder balls, secure with figure 8 knots to any size piling. The 3" x 2 3/4" balls move up and down with your boat delivering constant tension and shock absorption. Package of 9 balls.

Comments about Tideminder:

These work real well but the balls and line hang in the water and get filthy. The directions say to keep them at a 15 deg. angle but that doesn't work in the real world.

    This is so simple, thread them on line up to 1 inch in diameter, and tie a figure eight knot to hold them in place, then tie a bowline knot, put them on your piling, tie your cleat off, your done!!!!
