Safely removes vinyl decals, striping tapes, and double sided foam attachment tape. Wheel will not scratch or damage acrylic enamel or urethane paint. Designed to be used with common 3/8" pneumatic and electric tools with a 500-4000 rpm speed range. Optimum performance is achieved around 2000 +/- 200rpm. Not for use on lacquer coatings. Wheel measures 4"dia. x 5/8"W. Includes mandrel. One year limited warranty.
