The Barefoot International Malibu XTI Boom (B202-XTI) is purpose-built for Malibu XTI ski boats, delivering unmatched safety, stability, and reliability for water skiing, barefooting, and wakeboarding applications. Designed in collaboration with some of the world's best barefooters and waterskiers, this boom combines rider-focused engineering with high-quality aircraft-grade materials to produce a product that outperforms the competition in every category.

The boom's dual braided stainless steel cable system runs from the boom all the way to the attachment point at the bow of the boat, providing superior horizontal stability and an added layer of safety on the water. The clamp design intentionally eliminates all levers and moving parts — components that can loosen, wear out, or fail over time — replacing them with extremely strong, heavy-duty hardware that remains firmly mounted. An airline-style quick release pin is included for fast, simple attachment and removal of the boom.

The signature contour bend repositions the boom 8 inches back from where the pylon sits, making it ideal for boats where the windshield extends past the pylon or where a tower mount would otherwise obstruct a straight boom. The B202-XTI is compatible with the B107 Boom Height Adjuster, which changes boom height with a single quick release pin, and the B110 Boom Extension, which moves the rider further from the side of the boat to clear chine spray. Note: the boom must be mounted to a factory pylon — after-market pylons are not compatible.
