The 273-A60-24/240 is a failsafe electrical actuator specifically engineered to operate Delta-T A60-rated Slimline fire dampers. This turnkey system is ready for installation aboard vessels and is designed to meet the needs of modern boat builders and refit yards. The actuator provides 180 in-lb of closing torque and accepts a wide-range electrical input of 24-240 VAC or 24-125 VDC, making it compatible with diverse marine electrical systems.

The actuator incorporates dry-contact closure outputs, allowing the vessel's control or monitoring system to confirm damper position at all times. The spring-return failsafe design automatically drives the connected fire damper toward its safe position if electrical power is lost, ensuring critical safety function during power interruptions. An integrated electro-thermal tripping device with a manually resettable mechanism at 165°F (72°C) provides thermal protection, and a test switch is included for operational verification.

The actuator is housed in a NEMA 2 / IP54 enclosure rated for marine environments and is CE approved for international compliance. Complete wiring harnesses and brackets are provided as part of the system, eliminating field assembly requirements. The entire damper system, including this actuator, is manufactured from marine-grade 316 stainless steel and built in the United States.
