The 16 mm Double Block is Harken's smallest pulley, engineered for maximum performance in minimal space. Featuring dual sheaves, this block can be paired with another double block or a triple block to build sophisticated pulley systems for outrigger halyards and high-tech dinghy applications.
The patented bearing system uses stainless steel balls in a captive grooved race, delivering exceptional durability and smooth operation. With a maximum working load of 450 lb (204 kg) and a breaking load of 1200 lb (544 kg), this block offers very high working loads in an extremely small, lightweight package—making it the obvious choice for competitive racers and performance sailing applications.
