Harken Standard Cam-Matic® Cleat - 150
The Harken Standard Cam-Matic® Cleat (Part No. 150F) is a precision-engineered ball bearing cam cleat built for sailors and sportfishing enthusiasts who demand reliable, instant line control under demanding conditions. Its ball bearing cam mechanism allows lines to be held securely yet released effortlessly, enabling fast and accurate trimming even under load.
The cleat body is machined from aluminum and finished with a hardcoat anodizing process that dramatically increases surface hardness, providing exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion in saltwater environments. This makes it ideally suited for high-load, high-wear, continuous adjustment applications where lesser hardware would quickly show fatigue.
At just 71 g (2.5 oz), the 150F is a compact and lightweight fitting that integrates cleanly into any deck layout. Its aluminum pawls work in tandem with the ball bearing cams to grip rope firmly across a wide range of line diameters, from 3 mm (1/8 in) minimum to 12 mm (1/2 in) maximum. Mounting is accomplished with two #10 FH fasteners spaced 38 mm (1-1/2 in) apart, fitting standard mounting patterns found across small boat, dinghy, and sportfishing deck hardware.
