This versatile scraper is built for demanding surface preparation tasks in marine and general maintenance environments. The 8-inch-wide marine-grade stainless steel blade delivers excellent rust and corrosion resistance, making it well suited for wet, humid, or salt-exposed conditions. Its flexible design easily slides under flaking paint and stubborn calcium deposits, while integrated blade stiffeners protect the blade tang from damage during heavy use. The durable handle is secured with hard impact steel rivets for long-lasting strength and reliability. Designed for convenience, the scraper can be used comfortably by hand or attached to an extension pole. The New Hyde HexLoc connection prevents poles from loosening during use, and the handle also accepts standard Acme-threaded poles. Finished in high-visibility dayglow yellow, itÂ’s easy to spot on busy job sites or docks.
