The Lewmar Size 60 Interior Trim Kit in Ivory is the ideal finishing touch for a hatch installation inside the boat cabin. Designed for both Low and Medium Profile hatches, this kit delivers a neat, professional look while adding practical insect protection — an essential for comfortable sailing. The kit is made from high-quality ABS plastic and includes a trim piece along with a hinged, removable flyscreen that prevents mosquitoes and other insects from entering the vessel.
The hinged fly screen design allows for quick and easy access to the hatch latches without needing to remove the screen entirely. When full removal is preferred, the flyscreen can be detached and stowed separately. Retrofit screens and hinges are also available by special order for installations that lack screens.
The trim flange is designed to be cut to length, accommodating a range of deck thicknesses up to 2-7/16 inches for Low and Medium Profile Hatches, and 2-13/16 inches for Flanged Ocean Hatches. Installation requires a boat with a headliner, and this trim kit is not compatible with Flat Base Ocean Hatches.
