Milwaukee 6" Metal Cut Off Wheel
Milwaukee Tool's Ceramic+ metal cut-off wheels are engineered to deliver the fastest cuts and unmatched productivity in metal and stainless-steel applications. The Ceramic+ line features self-sharpening, shaped ceramic grain that results in 2X faster cutting, significantly increasing overall productivity on the job. The shaped ceramic grain continuously forms new, sharp peaks within each grain to maintain cutting performance throughout the wheel's life, requiring less effort to complete cutting tasks and saving both time and energy.
The innovative bonding process and wheel formula are optimized for uniform grain release throughout the entire life of the wheel, lasting longer than competitive ceramic wheels. These Ceramic+ cut-off wheels deliver cleaner, cooler cuts and help reduce chatter during use. Manufactured with 2 full sheets of high-strength fiberglass reinforcement and a uniform grain concentration, these wheels are built for exceptional durability on demanding jobsites.
The wheels offer versatility for cutting through carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys, including materials such as steel, angle iron, pipe, rebar, and other ferrous metals. Designed for use with angle grinders, each wheel measures 6" in diameter with a .045" thickness and a 7/8" arbor. The Type 1 flat profile is ideal for straight cut-off applications. Each pack contains 25 wheels and has a maximum operating speed of 10,200 RPM. Country of origin: Austria.
