This strong polyester double braid has a braided core and a continuous filament braided cover, finished in white with a fine red tracer. At 5/16" (8mm) diameter, it delivers an average breaking strength of 3,850 lb and weighs 3.1 lb per 100 ft. It is cost-effective and long-lasting, and offers a great balance of stretch, strength, suppleness, abrasion resistance, and cost. Sta-Set is the mainstay of New England Ropes’ product line.
