PACER MARINE Battery Cable Assembly
Pacer manufactures high-performance battery cable assemblies in our Sarasota, Florida facility, using only the highest quality materials and processes. Each assembly is constructed with Pacer’s UL-Listed battery cable, tinned copper closed-end lugs, and adhesive-lined heat shrink to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments. Marine environments expose electrical systems to vibration, moisture, corrosion, and extreme temperature fluctuations.
That’s why Pacer designs and builds each assembly with durability and longevity in mind. Our in-house manufacturing process utilizes a state-of-the-art Artos cable processing center, which precisely measures, cuts, strips, and terminates lugs onto the cable. We then apply epoxy-lined heat shrink to form a moisture-proof, airtight seal. This process helps the assembly withstand the thermal expansion and contraction that occurs as cables heat and cool during operation.
