Pacer's Deutsch Cavity plugs are used to seal cavity openings in Deutsch DT and DTP series connectors. Utilizing cavity plugs will guarantee that the connectors remain environmentally sealed by preventing contaminants from entering the connector body where the contacts are located.
Pacer's Deutsch cavity plugs are intended for use with Deutsch connectors when there are unused cavities, or open spots, within the connector that are not filled by electrical wires.

These plugs provide added protection against environmental hazards, including moisture, dust, dirt, as well as other contaminants. To use, simply insert one of the cavity plugs into an empty cavity on a DT or DTP Deutsch connector body, thereby creating a watertight seal. The white body makes them easily identifiable against the orange silicone rubber seals.
These cavity plugs are field serviceable and easy to install or remove. They are hand insertable and require no specialized tools or training to properly install. These rugged cavity plugs have an operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
