The Catch 120 Sit-On-Top Angler Kayak is all about getting you quickly to where the fish are without joining them underwater (assuming you want to stay on top of the water) and making sure you're comfortable. With a maximum load capacity of 400 pounds (including you and your gear), you'll be hard pressed to find anything you need to take with you that you won't be able to attach or strap on. Plus, the wide, flat shape gives you the option to move around on it like a stand-up paddleboard.

Hull Design

Utilizing Twin Sheet Thermoforming (TST) technology, The Catch 120 Angler features RAM-X™ Premium, a multi-layer polyethylene with an advanced resin in the top layer that imparts a glossy finish and significantly more rigidity and durability than standard single-layer polyethylene hulls. The wide tunnel hull is very stable, maneuverable and tracks well, while the flat deck provide a stable platform that allows you to confidently stand up for sight-casting, fighting and landing your catch. It also makes it easier to load on the ground before you launch it due to its flatter bottom. With Pelican's unique manufacturing process, built-in positive flotation has been added for increased buoyancy and safety. Four scuppers with included plugs ensure that water that gets in the cockpit or stern tankwell quickly drains away.

Comfort

The open cockpit features the Ergofit G2 seating system for all-day comfort on the water. Use the lower position for paddling efficiency with its lower center of gravity and the upper position for seated fishing and a better view. Easily adjustable, oversized footrests can be customized to fit and locked into place for different leg lengths. There's also a stand assist strap and anti-slip carpet to make standing up easier.

Fishing-Specific Features

The Catch 120 Angler is outfitted with four flush-mounted rod holders that can be used with any standard fishing rods, gaffs or landing nets. You'll find conveniently placed notches that allow you to set your paddle down and not have it roll back and forth, plus tiedowns on both sides near the seat to hold your paddle, fishing rod or anchor pole securely.

Storage

A large, Quick Lock bow hatch makes a great place to stow items you'd rather not get wet. Two rigging tracks and accessory pad eyes provide options for attaching a variety of items where they'll be easy to reach. The stern storage well with bungee tiedown is the perfect spot for your tacklebox, bait tank or cooler (all sold separately).
