The pile ring PR400 is our standard sized product, which fits 99% of all pilings in use, In fact, with its 15 1/2" inside diameter, the PR400 is designed to offer enough extra clearance to easily slip over the top of pilings with existing hardware like caps, cleats, chocks, fenders, etc, so that there is zero installation or uninstallation required. The pile ring is appropriate for us on wooded, synthetic, composite, metal & concrete pilings.
- The exterior plastics are designed to be UV stable, non-marking (on boat hulls), environmentally friendly, long lasting & incredibly durable
- These plastics are also designed to be durable enough to survive decades of contact with pilings, but slippery enough that they will not 'hang' on the piling above the waterline, even under tremendous load
- The integrated, solid, 19mm, continuous stainless steel hoops are load cell tested to over 3 tons safe working load
- Applications: Designed to offer enough extra clearance to easily slip over the top of pilings with existing hardware like caps, cleats, chocks, fenders, us on wooded, synthetic, composite, metal & concrete pilings
