The BayStar HC4647-3 is a hydraulic steering cylinder purpose-built for outboard-powered vessels. This front-mount cylinder delivers professional-grade steering performance with a compact, balanced design that accommodates most splash well installations while providing a full range of engine movement. The cylinder features a displacement of 7.24 cubic inches (7.3 cu.in) and achieves 5.2 lock-to-lock turns when paired with the HH4314-3 BayStar Helm Pump.
Specifically engineered for Honda outboard engines from 1998-2009 (115-130 HP models), the HC4647-3 supersedes the HC4647H and is rated for a maximum total system capacity of 150 HP.
