The Seaview AMA18IP Low Profile Adapter is purpose-built for marine satellite dome installations where overhead clearance or deck space is at a premium. Its compact 8-inch round base plate keeps the mounting footprint small while still providing a stable, secure platform for your satdome equipment. Like all models in the Seaview Low Profile Adapter range, the AMA18IP features a center cable channel that routes all satdome cables neatly through the body of the mount, resulting in a clean, professional installation with no exposed wiring.
This model is specifically designed for KVH TV7-IP, V3-IP (24"), and V7HTS satellite systems. The AMA18IP is reinforced with an anodized aluminum insert, which significantly enhances structural rigidity and long-term durability in demanding marine environments — the same reinforcement shared with the AMA18 and AMA24 models. It is produced as a made-to-order item.
The AMA18IP is also compatible with the optional Seaview AMA-W wedge accessory, which provides up to 12 degrees of tilt adjustment for installations on angled surfaces, ensuring the satdome remains properly leveled regardless of deck pitch.
