This premium counter-clockwise starter made for Mercury and Mariner outboards has outstanding starting torque. In addition to meeting UL standards, Sierra outboard starters comply with international standards required by the European Community. Remanufactured starters have new solenoids, drives, bushings, brushes and springs. The bodies are powder-coated for greater corrosion resistance.
