Created to set a new standard in fillet knives, this 9” medium flex blade features encapsulated full-tang construction with a Cerakote® finish for increased durability and improved corrosion resistance. Ideal for fresh or saltwater use, the SYK fillet knife includes a protective molded sheath that is made from 100% recycled ocean-bound plastics.
