Twin-Groove Headstay Systems

Used worldwide on boats from 20'–140' in events from America's Cup, Key West Race Week and everything in between! The smooth foil shape in this one-piece headstay system does not disturb airflow along the luff. Superbly engineered independent grooves ensure that loads affecting one groove don't affect or distort the other.

A special prefeeder uses two oversized silicon bronze rollers to smooth out the sail luff on the way up, preventing jams and eliminating the need for the foredeck crew to hand-feed the sail. The extrusion is strong, durable and flexible. The complete system includes extrusion, feeder, prefeeder, top cap and extension. Installs easily over your existing headstay.
