The Victron Smart IP43 Charger 48V/13A is a compact, fanless battery charger for 48V systems in off-grid, backup power, marine, eMobility, telecom, and industrial applications. A universal 85-250 VAC input delivers up to 13A of charge current to a single battery bank at up to 96% efficiency, with a power factor of 1 and only 1W of no-load draw, so it can stay connected year-round. The adaptive 6-stage charge algorithm adjusts absorption time to how the battery is actually used, and Normal, High, and Li-ion presets cover flooded, AGM, gel, and LiFePO4 banks. Every parameter is programmable. Built-in Bluetooth connects to the VictronConnect app for setup, monitoring, and alarms, while VE.Direct links the charger to a Cerbo GX or Ekrano GX for remote monitoring through the VRM Portal. Also includes a programmable relay, remote on/off for BMS control, selectable power-supply mode, an aluminum IP43 enclosure, and AWG 6 screw terminals. Single-output model. AC cord sold separately.
