The low permeation primer bulb meets EPA & CARB compliant, and prevents fuel evaporation.  The 3/8" hose barb with dual internal check valves allow priming in multiple orientations without restricting fuel flow. Corrosion-resistance stainless steel clamps for leaking-free.
