When you want to rest, stop to take pictures, eat lunch, fish or dive, the grapnel kayak anchor kit will keep your boat from floating away. The 1 ½lb. grapnel anchor is an adequate weight for a kayak or canoe in slow moving and mild waters such as rivers, lakes or sloughs*. The anchor is designed with a rear loop to set up rock rig to be able to get the anchor out if stuck. It also has add-a-rope capabilities.
Note: Recommended to use three times the depth water as your rope length in calm waters and four to five times the depth of the water as your rope length in choppy or windy elements.
