Dealing with knots in wet line or trying to thread webbing through a loop can be challenging—made worse by windy conditions. West Marine sail ties are designed to make the process of prepping the boat for a day of sailing or putting it away after being on the water easier. These elastic ties feature plastic balls at the ends to eliminate tying and untying. Two lengths of 3/16" shock cord provide enough strength to secure the sail to the boom.
