A mechanical way to connect wire rope
These clamps are ideal for emergencies repairs to steering cables, pennants or other wire-rope connections but can be used for more permanent wire-rope connections. Available in galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel to provide additional corrosion resistance, each clamp is sized to match specific wire diameter for improved grip. Two stainless steel clamps are required to provide a secure connection in most applications; use three clamps when using galvanized clamps. See the installation guide below for detailed instructions. Note: for use with vinyl coated wire, the vinyl cover must first be stripped so that clamps are applied in only bare cable to bare cable connections
