High cycle Lithium-Ion (LiFePO4) battery designed to fit into existing lead acid Group 31 batteries scenarios such as powering trolling motors for fishing boats.
Key Features
- Cell Balancing and internal BMS to reduce footprint and extend the life of the battery. The cells are UL1642 certified cells.
- the battery lasts up to 4,000 cycles compared to a traditional lead acid or AGM battery, which typically lasts 400-500 cycles.
- Sleep Mode: Xantrex Lithium-Ion Iron Phosphate batteries self-discharge at 12.5% State of Charge (SOC) per month during regular use. After 10 consecutive days of inactivity, the battery switches to a low power mode, reducing the self-discharge rate to 3% SOC per month. Any charge or discharge activity will reactivate the battery, resetting the 10-day counter. This extends the battery life during periods of non-use.
- High Tempuature rating: Capable of being charged up to 55°C/131°F allows extreme environment recharge without damage to the battery.
- Bluetooth Connectivity: Connect to the Xantrex App to see battery status from your smart device. View state of charge, voltage, current, power, BMS tempurature, and cell tempurature right from your phone.
